Noida: Investors to profit from PG and hostel businesses

With increasing rates of rental properties in Noida and Greater Noida due to an increase in the population of students and young working professionals, paying guest accommodation and hostel are becoming extremely popular.

 

Many investors who have residential apartments with sufficient number of bedrooms prefer renting out their flats by converting them into a paying guest accommodation instead of giving it to any one family.

She has acquired three buildings in the last three years. In the properties owned by her as many as 170 youngsters stay.

 

Considering the successful business market of temporary homes in Noida and Greater Noida, investors can benefit by getting into the game by procuring properties in Noida as well as Greater Noida.
