Environment Friendly or green housing is the buzz word today with developers vying with each other not to appear unethical in the eyes of environmentalists. Sustainable developments use far less natural resources and energy due to its structural makeup, is more durable and require less maintenance.


  1. The 3C Company has created benchmarks in the concept of green construction and pledged to reduce carbon footprints while developing its projects. Some of these include Lotus Boulevard, Lotus Panache and Lotus 300 in Noida.
  2. Tata Housing has received a gold certificate in the residential space for its several projects like Raisina Residency, Gurgaon.
  3. Unitech is another renowned name in green housing. Its Espace promises independent villas with meditation gardens, spa club, yoga atrium and a steam room.
