Ready to move rental options in Gurgaon

The growth of real estate development and urbanization has almost been parallel since 1993 ever since GE capital set its operations in Gurgaon. As per statistics, between 2001 and 2011, there has been a change of nearly 74%. Given that the population of Gurgaon in 9 Lac in 2001 and 15 Lacs in 2011, the average population increased by nearly 70,000 annually, and it is increasing faster now at over 1L per annum. Moreover, the fact that there has been substantial increase in urban population is indicated by the fact that as many as 68.82% of the people who live in Gurgaon live in urban regions. This is also as per Census report 2011.

This area facilitated by Sohna Road is in its development stages and is developing on the lines of Golf Course Road. The upcoming Golf Course Extension Road is going to boost the connectivity to this region further.


  • Between  Rs 50K and Rs. 1 Lac per month : For professionals looking for 2BHK to 4BHK residences with a budget between  Rs 50,000 and Rs 1,00,000 per month, there are multiple options in DLF Phase IV, Golf Course Road, MG Road. etc.   DLF Westend Heights in DLF City Phase V, DLF Ridgewood Estate in DLF City Phase IV, Parsvnath Exotica and DLF Trinity Tower in Sector 53, Raheja Atlantis in Sector 31, Vipul Greens in Sector 48, Vipul Belmonte on the Golf Course Road, DLF The Pinnacle in Sector 43, Vatika City in Sector 49, Ansal Sushant Estate in Sector 52, DLF Windsor Court, Ambience Lagoon in Sector 24, DLF Hamilton Court in Sector 27, Suncity Essel Tower in Sector 28, Unitech Uniworld Gardens in Sector 47, and Central Park I in Sector 42 of Gurgaon. ITC The Laburnum,  World Spa,  ITC Garden City, Vipul Tatvam Villas , Sahara Grace , DLF The Summit and DLF Belaire, DLF Pinnacle, Emaar MGF Palm Springs, DLF Beverly Park and Parsvnath Exotica are some of the other premium addresses to stay in Gurgaon.


Gurgaon, the Millennium City is growing rapidly providing world-class amenities to its residents though prices have been increasing fast making the city one of most expensive cities  for rental accommodation in India.
