Sobha Developer’s International City, an 150 acre estate in Sector 109 in Gurgaon has row houses on plots of 270 square yards and presidential villas on plots covering 400 square yards, 500 square yards, 600 square yards and 692 square yards respectively. In plots of 600 square yards there will be an option to chose from duplex villas and residential villas.
