Sobha Developer’s International City, an 150 acre estate in Sector 109 in Gurgaon is the only township offering only independent floors and villas.


Location: Sobha International City, Gurgaon is strategically placed near Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport and proposed Diplomatic Enclave. It lies at an emerging location Dwarka Expressway. Dwarka Expressway and National Highway No. 8 (NH-8) close to the site of this township ensure connectivity to important parts of the city, national capital as well as parts of NCR. Moreover, it is just 5-minutes drive away from Sector 21 Metro Station of Dwarka.


Housing options: Sobha International City has row houses on plots of 270 square yards and presidential villas on plots covering 400 square yards, 500 square yards, 600 square yards and 692 square yards respectively. In plots of 600 square yards there will be an option to choose from duplex villas and residential villas. The former will be on the basement and ground level while the latter will be set on the first and second level. Development on these plots range from 3493 square feet to 8379 square feet.
